Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the UK and EIRE.

What is your delivery charge?
£3.95 per order.

When will you despatch my order?
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) to arrive with UK customers within 14 days. If an order is placed outside of business hours, the order will be processed the next day. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. There is no order despatch at weekends or public holidays. Please note that if you are paying by cheque, then we will despatch the goods  when the funds have cleared.

When will my item arrive?
Please allow 14 days for delivery, often goods arrive within 5 working days. Deliveries take place Mon-Sat (excluding public holidays).We generally use Royal Mail “Recorded Signed For” service. Please note that packages will not be left at the delivery address without a signature on behalf of the recipient. If no one is at home to receive an item that requires a signature or the item is too bulky to post through the letterbox, the item will be held at a delivery office for 5 days. We recommend you contact your local sorting office to arrange collection or re-delivery. If items are not collected within the stated times, they will be returned to us. If an incorrect or undeliverable delivery address has been supplied then neither Gideon’s Harbour nor the Royal Mail can be held responsible for delayed or lost orders.
