Returns Policy

I have changed my mind and I would like to return my item and get a refund, what do I have to do?
Please email or phone us (within 14 days of the date you received the goods) to let us know which item you are returning. At your own cost, return the item unused, undamaged and in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. When you are returning goods, please be aware that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. It is advisable to obtain a “Certificate of Posting” from the post office. This is proof of your return should the item go astray in the post. We will refund you the amount for the goods (excluding the postage charge and any applicable gift-wrap charges).

The item I ordered arrived broken/damaged, what can I do?
We take great care to ensure that all items are well packaged, however, the occasional breakage may occur. At your request, we will replace the item or provide you with a refund. Please let us know as soon as possible via email or phone. We will then ask you to return the item and we will reimburse the cost of the return postage.
